Delivery Policy

Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days. If a product is backordered, you will NOT be charged until it is in stock. All orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail, so unlike UPS, orders may be delivered to you on Saturdays (6 days a week!).

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Madison Avenue Online merchandise. You may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). We cannot accept returns on used cosmetics or skincare.
