Experience and knowledge. It’s that simple. We believe that in order to give your best, you first need to educate yourself and put your knowledge to use. That’s why all of our professional staff at Madison Avenue receives monthly education, and all of our Stylists have an average of 12 years experience in the beauty industry. Our staff has trained under some of the most outstanding personalities in hair and skin care. People like Irvine Rusk, Ruth Factor, and Robert Tamiggi. We feel very strongly that our knowledge and experience allows us to give you the best possible results, and at a price we hope you will feel is more than reasonable. And remember, don’t be afraid to try something new!

At Madison Avenue we realize that it is sometimes difficult to get the haircut you’ve always wanted if you can’t articulate the description properly to your stylist. That’s why we encourage you to browse through our hair-style books before your appointment, or bring a picture of the haircut you have in mind. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, ask your stylist for a free haircutting consultation to discuss you’re options. Our stylists are very well educated in the art of cutting, design and color, so we can help you achieve just the right style for your face shape. Our staff will never make you feel intimidated, so you’ll always get the haircut that you want at Madison Avenue.

Women’s Haircuts Been thinking about trying something new? Something a little more flattering? More up-to-date? With all the new styles that are so popular today, it’s easy to get confused. Ask your stylist to help you determine which hairstyle would look best for you, and will work with your busy lifestyle. Approximate time: 30-45 minutes. $45.00	Men’s Haircuts Whether it’s a cool California surfer’s cut or a style with Wall Street flair, our design team is trained in all of the latest trends of men’s haircutting to assure you of the perfect look! Your stylist will also give you tips on the best men’s grooming products for your hair, and they’re available right here at Madison Avenue. Approximate time: 20-30 minutes. $25.00
Hair & Scalp Treatments If you are suffering from a dry or overly-sensitive scalp, we can help. If your hair has been overexposed to chemicals, chlorine, sun or environmental pollutants, we’ll help you to strengthen it, close the cuticle layer, add the proper proteins back in, and moisturize and heal your tired, brittle hair. All of our hair and scalp treatments contain only the finest natural botanical extracts and oils to help soothe and protect. These treatments are prescribed by your stylist depending strictly upon your needs. They work by infusing you hair and scalp with botanicals such as Algae, Rosemary, Nettle, Yarrow, Chamomile, Calendula, Horsetail, Thyme, Jojoba, and much, much more. Process time: 10-30 minutes. $18.00
